Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Caysen Blake & Co! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and refund process. Please read the following policy.

Return Eligibility

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items

- Sale, clearance, and preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Accessories and custom/personalized items are also final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene and stocking reasons.

Refunds

- Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
- Store credit will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
- In cases where the return is due to our error, a full refund may be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@caysenblakeco.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order or purchase.

Returns may also be brought back to our store (221 Main St., Augusta, KY 41002) with proof of purchase.
